The MOU signing ceremony, held on December 5, 2023, in Dehradun, witnessed the participation of crucial stakeholders, including the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. This event heralded a robust partnership between the private sector and the government, emphasizing the joint commitment to steering the transition towards renewable energy

Ketan Mehta, MD of Rays Power Infra, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing their dedication to realizing Uttarakhand Government’s vision for sustainability. He underscored the strategic partnership’s role in advancing solar energy solutions in India, foreseeing the 500 MW Solar Park not only meeting a substantial portion of the state’s power demands but also catalyzing economic growth and environmental preservation

The establishment of this Solar Park, with a capacity of 500 MW, positions Uttarakhand as a frontrunner in adopting renewable energy solutions. This initiative aligns with the national agenda of promoting sustainable and eco-friendly power solutions, solidifying Rays Power Infra’s position as a reliable partner driving this transformative change

Rays Power Infra stands as a prominent solar player in India, boasting a commissioned 1.30 GWp portfolio and spearheading the development and execution of solar parks and plants totaling 2.00 GWp, expected to come online within the next 24 months. Additionally, the company is involved in the development of large-scale solar parks in Rajasthan, dedicated to utility-scale and C&I projects. Beyond India, the company has established its presence in Vietnam and Bangladesh, deploying large-scale solar projects, and is expanding its footprint across Asia and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions
